The frame is made of thickened steel laser welding, and the design is more user-friendly. The slide components are all independently developed with patented technology. All components are CNC processed without castings. The slide rails use high-end silver-type heavy-duty slide rails, and the touch screen computer uses a high-end 12-inch and 15-inch foldable structure.

1. The equipment is composed of a handheld controller, a touch screen computer, a punching mechanism, a punching table, a slide and a frame.

2. The punching area is controlled by a handheld controller to control the laser on the punching mechanism to locate the graphics automatically.

3. The equipment has automatic, manual and multi-style modes.

4. The automatic mode can be used for seat disassembly-free punching, which can realize line-avoiding and regional punching functions. The hole spacing and line spacing can be set, the punching speed can be set, and the graphics can be previewed before punching. With simulation operation, the punching area can be customized.

5. The manual mode can realize punching at any position, and the number of holes, hole spacing, and line spacing can be set.

6. The multi-style mode can realize personalized customization and can punch any graphics, letters, numbers, etc. It can import DXF format graphics, with the marking function, which can mark and punch a piece of leather at one time. After punching, you can use a sewing machine to sew along the marked position, which can achieve the effect similar to that of a punching and sewing machine. It can also perform fancy punching on the finished leather cover, and can also achieve the line avoidance function.
